A bit about Stewart

I’m Stewart Davison the founder of Elehan Consulting, I’ve been a leading figure in the UK Social Housing and Proptech sector, having over 25 years of experience. I’m a recognised expert in product development, sales, marketing and business development.

I’m passionate about how technology can be a force for positive change. Having worked in the UK social housing sector, both in front line housing and in tech companies I have been able to inform, educate and implement new technologies to improve the lives of tenants across the UK. I’m all about transformational change, looking at challenging the status quo and am the enemy of ‘just doing the same thing’.

Why do you care about housing

I’ve worked in the sector since the late 90’s and it was when I discovered my best mate from school was sofa surfing in Bristol due to a no fault eviction that I realised that without my knowledge of how to find support and navigate the system he would have been stuck. Access to safe, secure and stable Housing is a fundamental human right and to that end I am passionate about social housing, its mission and how it can continue to be a force for good.
