A bit about Sheila

Sheila is a High Performance Coach helping people become better leaders, get better jobs and generally perform better. She is passionate about helping develop people to believe in themselves, make brave decisions, take action and unlock their potential. Sheila has most of 20 years experience working in Housing setting up and leading contact centres, improving customer satisfaction, and delivering digital and business transformation. She now runs her own coaching business where most of her clients work within social housing or local government organisations.

Why do you care about housing

I believe that when you have a safe and comfortable place to live you can then focus on how to live a happy life and the housing sector supports all types of people to achieve this. The sector is full of good intentions and just needs a helping hand (as we all do) to deliver on its vision. I want to be one of those that provides the helping hand.
