A bit from Rich

This will be my 20th year working at Housing Solutions and in the Housing Assocation/IT field.

I have experience in a variety of roles from my initial apprenticeship with Housing Solutions, and subsequently moving into the IT department. I’ve successfully headed up a number of key projects including moving our server infrastructure to the cloud, ensuring our residents have access to internet access through a digital inclusion projects, with resident WIFI whilst improving customer access to online services through our innovative website, App and via Alexa devices.

Outside work Im a loyal Holyport FC & Maidenhead United Supporter.

Why do you care about housing

Everyone needs a home, its just not just about the bricks, its all about the service we provide both when needed, but also being proactive with resident engagement events- making contact with your landlord should be easy, IT can help.

What we at Digital Bark think about Rich.

Rich says he is happy to provide advice with anything that has a plug attached. This is not doing himself any favours. We know Rich’s skills and experience are much more than he gives himself credit for. A true practitioner of his craft and an obvious devotee to social housing.
