A bit about Geraint

I believe that technology should make things better for everyone and make a difference to people in greatest need. Solutions should be intuitive and easy to use. I am passionate about improving customer experience for both tenants and staff through integration of systems, processes, technology and data. This change must come from housing providers working together with suppliers to deliver a great and accessible user experience. Together we can make a difference.

It is not the technology itself that excites me, but the difference the technology can provide to people. Through developing solutions for the last 35 years, I know we can do better in housing. For too long housing providers have accepted second best when there are better more modern ways of doing things

Why do you care about housing

Affordable housing is a basic necessity and despite some negative stories, housing providers do a fantastic job. An industry that consistently makes a difference to people deserves technology solutions that make things simpler for everyone.

Geraint lives and breathes social housing and has dedicated many years to putting technology into action within a housing association. He is not only a great IT leader he gets housing. What more can you ask for. Oh, we know, he is one of the nicest chaps you will ever meet.
