Consultant & Trainer – CP Data Protection
A bit about Clare
I’m on a mission to shine a light on the fact that, far from being ‘red-tape’ or all about security, data protection is about data management from collection through to deletion, and encompasses data quality, human rights, transparency, risk management, and so much more.
This mission is balanced with family life, listening to music (preferably live, and usually rock & metal), listening to and making podcasts, and drinking coffee.
Why do you care about housing
Housing impacts people’s lives, for good and bad, to a degree I probably can’t fully comprehend, and if you care about people and society, you should care about housing. Social Housing has provided myself and my family with homes from one end of the scale to the other, from a place to move into urgently, where armed police were frequent visitors, to a home that was the heart of the family for decades. I’m passionate about helping Social Housing providers ensure their homes are safe homes for everyone who needs and wants them.
While my official role is consultant and trainer, that includes being a hand-holder, cheerleader, and sharing stories on YouTube and the podcast I co-host. And I love (almost!) every part of it!
