A bit about Cheryl

As a problem solver with great communication skills I can assist your organisation in overcoming obstacles that prevent targets and objectives being met, helping to reduce the demands being placed. This will enable you to focus on providing a great service whilst projects and enhanced services are delivered to schedule.

I understand the pressure of meeting deadlines and the potential for a shortfall of experienced resources in the key areas. This is where my many years of knowledge can make the difference without the additional delay and cost of employing new staff. ​I will reduce the pressure, removing blockers and enable your organisation to deliver positive outcomes

Why do you care about housing

I grew up living on a council estate and I worked in the housing department of my local authority so social housing has been part of me for many years. 

Technology should facilitate a social housing provider and I have spent my career ensuring that solutions deliver value and offer a great experience to the resident and the user.  New technology and new legislation means that we can continue to improve.
