Building up a robust and reliable IT architecture is boring, it takes a lot of time and it’s hard work keeping people aligned on a vision of joined up services.

Why do you care about housing

As a Change Architect, I use people-centric approaches to engage and encourage your staff to develop practical ideas to improve how your business works. I will guide you through the process of transforming your business challenges into opportunities through a combination of digital solutions, process improvements and people change.
I bring together my skills as Prosci certified Change Practitioner, APMG certified Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner and a sprinkling of Design Thinking coupled with over 20yrs experience managing the delivery of new and improved software applications to architect a change programme that is tailored to you.
It won’t all be ‘shiny new stuff’, some of it will be plain boring hard work. There will be pain points along the way, we will meet with resistance to change and we will have people who embrace it. I will hold your hand throughout and prod you along where necessary. I will always be honest with you even if that truth is difficult to hear for only then can you take steps to make lasting change.
