A bit about Jo
Working in both the UK and Australasia, Big Picture Training provides training and consultancy services to the social housing and not for profit sector, with a focus on the customer experience. Jo has worked in the social-housing sector for more than 30 years, 17 of which have been in senior operational and leadership roles in both the UK and Australia. She is passionate about customer service excellence and has a broad and contemporary knowledge of the social-housing sector in both countries.
