I am a results-driven Consultant with over 15 years of industry experience, 8 years of which have been dedicated to the Social Housing sector. Focussing on Digital Transformation projects including migration, mobilisation, upgrade, and integration.

As a Technical Lead, guiding the business through the project lifecycle including initial business analysis and development to rigorous testing, successful go-live, comprehensive documentation, and impactful training programs.

I pride myself on having strong communication skills and receiving positive feedback for my ability to convey technical issues and solutions in a clear and accessible manner. This skill not only enhances my effectiveness in technical roles but also promotes a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Why do you care about housing

I believe that the sector is so important to the UK and the use of technology in delivering customer excellence can make a great difference. I have carried out a good number of projects for landlords that we can truly say has made a difference to their operations but more importantly allowing staff to get the right tools and answers at their fingertips.
